QuietboundEmail support@quietbound.com. Include the add-on name, the operation, the displayed error, and the approximate file size. Do not attach confidential source files unless we explicitly arrange a safe test case.
First checks
- Reopen the selected file or files in Google Drive and launch the add-on again.
- Use Grant access in the add-on card for each selected file that needs per-file authorization.
- Confirm the selected files match the supported types and limits below.
- If Google reports a quota or rate limit, wait and retry later.
- If another operation is running, wait for it to finish before starting a new one.
Quietbound Image Tools limits
- Up to five JPEG, PNG, or WebP images per batch.
- 20 MB per input file, 20 million source pixels, and 12 million output pixels.
- Requested width and height from 1 to 6,000 pixels.
- Animated PNG and WebP files are not supported.
- Save-a-copy is the default. Replacement requires confirmation and is cancelled if the source changes before the write.
Quietbound PDF Tools limits
- 25 MB per PDF and up to 250 pages per input file.
- Up to ten PDFs and 80 MB combined input per merge; up to 500 pages in the merged output.
- Up to 100 pages per extraction and 80 MB per output.
- Password-protected, encrypted, malformed, and page-less PDFs are not supported.
Remove access or data
Uninstall the add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace and revoke its access from your Google Account's third-party connections page. Delete any output files you no longer want from Drive. Benchcut Logic does not hold a separate account, file-content copy, or file-content deletion queue for these add-ons.
